Meet Our Staff

Marc has been in the automotive industry for over 25 years and has held just about every position in the dealership. He is originally from Apalachin but currently resides in Vestal. He is a huge hockey fan and has been playing since he was just 6 years old. He can be found rooting on the NJ Devils, NY Giants, NY Yankees, or even some F1 Racing. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his four amazing children and wife. Marc's favorite vehicle is the Lexus LC 500. If you are in the dealership, be sure to say hi to Marc!

Say hi to Matt! Matt is born and raised right here in Binghamton. His favorite restaurant is Little Venice in Binghamton and his favorite vehicle is the Lexus LC 500. Matt's favorite things to do are going off-roading, cheering on the NY Jets, and spending time with his family. He can help you with any of your sales needs. Say hi to Matt next time you stop in!

Tony was raised and currently resides in Endicott, NY. Tony has been a part of the car business since 1993. He loves the Toyota Tacoma, enjoys watching Boxing, and has three kids. His favorite restaurant is Oaks Inn in Endicott NY. If you're looking to get in a new vehicle, stop on in and meet Tony!

Say hi to John! He is originally from Johnson City, NY but now lives just across the border in Athens, Pa. His favorite restaurant is Moxie Grill in Conklin, NY. In his free time, John enjoys working out, running, and wrestling. In fact, John was NY state high school wrestling champion in 1994! His favorite vehicle would have to be the Land Cruiser and his favorite sports teams are the Dallas Cowboys and NY Yankees.

Meet John! John was born, raised, and currently resides in Binghamton. His favorite vehicle is, of course, the Toyota Tacoma! He's a big fan of Cortese, which is close to our location in Binghamton, how convenient! When asked about his fun facts, he responded that he enjoys ice hockey and golf outside of work, but he is *not* a fan of vegetables.

Karl currently lives in his original hometown of Binghamton. He can typically be found golfing or grabbing a bite to eat at Cortese in Binghamton. His favorite vehicle is the Tundra. Be sure to say hi to Karl if you stop in for parts!

Greg is originally from Johnson City but now lives in Binghamton. His favorite restaurant is Tony's in Endicott and his favorite vehicle is the Toyota FJ40. Outside of work, Greg enjoys working on projects around the home and cheering on his favorite sports teams- Penn State football and the NY Yankees. He also loves spending time with his nieces and nephews! Be sure to say hi to Greg next time you stop in for service!

Everyone say hello to Matt Decker. He lives in Nicholson, PA where he grew up. His favorite vehicle would have to be the 1970 Chevelle. In his free time, he likes to relax by playing his favorite video games or grabbing a bite to eat at the Bonefish Grill in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Want to know a fun fact about Matt? Meet Taylor! Taylor grew up in Endicott and frequents there for his favorite restaurant: McCoy's Chophouse. His favorite vehicle is an Audi R8, he loves to play Billiards, and is a big fan of the New York Rangers, Manchester United, and the New York Yankees. Taylor is a great part of our team, and we're happy to have him!

Pat currently lives in his hometown of Conklin, NY. His favorite restaurant is Little Venice in Binghamton and his favorite vehicle is the Tundra. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He cheers on his favorite teams, the Philadelphia Eagles, NY Mets, and PGA Golf. Fun fact about Pat? Jeff is originally from Endwell but now calls Endicott his home. His favorite vehicle is either the Venza or Prius plug-in. In Jeff's free time, you can find him watching Nascar and rooting on Joe Gibbs. His favorite place to grab a bite to eat is Nick's in Endicott. Fun fact about Jeff? He had several antique cars including a pink Cadillac! Say hello to Darcy! She is originally from Montrose Pennsylvania but now lives here in Binghamton. You can catch her in her favorite ride, the Toyota RAV4, on her way to CopperTop Tavern in Vestal. In her free time she enjoys reading, kayaking, jigsaw puzzles, playing the piano, and spending time with her three Fur Babies while watching her favorite true crime. Nate currently lives in Binghamton where he originally grew up. You can find Nate snowboarding in his free time, cheering on the NY Mets, or grabbing a bite to eat at his favorite restaurant, Taco Garage on Washington Street in Binghamton. His favorite vehicle is the 2025 Camry Hybrid. Fun fact about Nate? He has been to five other countries! If you see Nate, be sure to say hello!

Meet Karen! She is originally from Riverside, California but now resides right here in Binghamton. One of Karen's favorite things to do is swim. In fact, she swam synchronized swimming for 10 years and even worked in the 1984 Olympics! When Karen isn't swimming, she can most likely be found grabbing some food from Los Tapatios or rooting on her favorite team, the 49ers. Her favorite vehicle is the RAV4. Jayme is originally from Binghamton, NY, and still calls Binghamton home to this day! In her free time, Jayme enjoys building Legos with her son and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles. Her favorite restaurant would have to be Hacienda Mexican Restaurant in Binghamton and her favorite vehicle is a toss-up between the Nissan Rogue and Toyota RAV4. Fun fact about Jayme? She is a twin and 2 minutes older than her sister!

Say hello to Tim! He grew up in Whitney Point New York but now resides in Conklin. His favorite vehicle is the Toyota Tundra! In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his kids and watching college wrestling. Want to know a fun fact about Tim? He has been in the automotive business for over 34 years and has worked in almost every position. He knows his stuff! His two favorite sports teams are the Las Vegas Raiders and the Boston Bruins. Meet Jacob! As a part of our sales and leasing TEAM, he is here for all of your Toyota needs and curiosities. Coincidentally, his favorite vehicle is actually a Toyota, very specifically: a 2019 Avalon Hybrid Limited with cognac interior. He was born and raised in Endicott where he currently resides, but he had actually lived in two other countries before! You'll catch him cheering on Red Bull Racing & Mclaren. Meet Elise! She is a Service Advisor here at our Binghamton Store. Elise grew up in New Milford Pennsylvania but now currently resides in Vestal New York. During her free time, she enjoys hiking and going to as many concerts as she can. Her favorite restaurant is Miller's Waterfront in Outer Banks North Carolina. Elise's dream vehicle would have to be the Lotus Elise and her favorite Sports team is the Buffalo Bills. Great choice! One fun fact about Elise is that she hates and refuses to wear white socks! Meet our service appointment coordinator, Celest! A Binghamton native, Celest loves cooking, the Toyota Celica GTS, and her dog Frankie. You can find her taking a hike with her pup on her days off. Next time you're in for service, make sure to say hey to Celest!

Meet our title clerk, Sam! Sam hails from Harpursville NY and now resides in Port Crane. Her favorite vehicle is a 1950s Chevy Pickup and her favorite restaurant is Texas de Brazil in Syracuse, NY. Outside of enjoying photography she loves to fish and spend time outdoors. She's also an avid jokester, so if you ever see little ducks hiding around our dealership... they may or may not be easter eggs from her.

Say hello to Jenna! She is originally from the Scranton, Pa area. Jenna loves shopping, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family. When in the Binghamton area you can find her dining out with her husband at Tully's.

Brittany is our inventory photo specialist. She's from Apalachin and currently resides in Vestal, NY. She loves the Toyota 4Runner and spending time with her family and animals. Speaking of -- her fun fact is that she has two children, six chickens, and two dogs, aka a full house! Welcome aboard, Brittany!

Randy is one of the most successful businessmen in the region, however you would never know it just by talking to him. With his roots in the region, being from, and currently residing in Towanda, PA, he cares deeply about the success of the area. His love for his home region extends all the way to his favorite restaurant, Lib's Supper Club in Elmira, NY. Randy is a huge fan of Auto Racing, and even raced dirt track motorcycles himself for 8 years! He is also a fan of the New York Football Giants, as well as Syracuse Basketball. His two favorite vehicles are a Jaguar XKE, and an Austin Healey 3000. In his spare time, you can find Randy either with his friends or family, or spending the day hitting the ski slopes.

Dalton grew up in Towanda, Pa. and attended Syracuse University, where he graduated with a dual degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management. Out of college, Dalton traveled the country in Sales and Service Management roles for Lexus, a division of Toyota Motor Sales, but he returned home to become the Operations Manager for the Williams Auto Group. He can play the guitar, piano and sing. He once played Jesus, in a production of "Jesus Christ Superstar." He loves to write and record his own music, whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys skiing, fast cars (Jaguar F-Type Coupe, Porsche 911, and Lexus LC500) and cheering on the New York Giants, and the Syracuse Orange. You can find Dalton dining with his wife, Katelin, at Louie's, Graft Wine and Cider Bar, The Cellar or Sumo in Ithaca.

Brad, originally from Montclair, NJ, now calls Elmira, NY home. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, his favorite ride is the Mercedes-Benz AMG GTR. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him sitting lakeside and enjoying a great meal—his top pick is Scalehouse in Hector, NY. With over 33 years in the car business and a proud member of the Williams team since 2009, Brad brings deep experience and passion to his work. Outside of cars and cuisine, he’s an avid supporter of the LA Chargers.

Tony is our Commercial Sales Manager for the auto group. He has been in the car industry for 17 years. He lives in Athens, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children. One of his families favorite places to eat is Libs Supper Club in Elmira, New York. Aside from helping people and spending time with his family, he enjoys all types of sports and coaching. Tony is a huge Philadelphia sports fan. He loves the Philadelphia Eagles, Flyers and Sixers as well as other sports teams such as Syracuse Orange and New York Yankees!

Tim is originally from Naples, FL and currently resides in Sayre, PA. His favorite vehicle is the Toyota Tundra and he loves a good meal from Ole Guacamole's in Black Mountain, NC. Outside of work he loves to go fishing, play soccer, coach baseball and ride ATV's. His favorite sports teams are the Orlando City F/C, Florida Gators, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Fun fact about Tim? Meet Emily! She's our Marketing Director for the auto group and has been with us since 2009. Emily attended Bloomsburg University and graduated with a degree in Marketing. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at Seneca Lake, traveling to new places and enjoying the latest booktok read. Her favorite vehicle is the Toyota 4Runner and she loves any restaurant that serves good sushi. Her favorite teams are the Indianapolis Colts & the New York Yankees!

Meet Alicia! She is our Controller for Williams Auto Group and has been with the company since 2018. Her favorite vehicle is the "Eleanor" and she loves going to Libs in Elmira, NY for dinner. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband and boys. Fun fact about Alicia, she loves Legos! She and her eldest son recently completed the Lego typewriter and had a blast building it together. During football season you'll find her cheering on the NY Giants!

Ashley is our Human Resources guru here within the Auto Group. She has been with Williams Auto Group 12 years. She currently resides in Waverly, New York with her husband and three beautiful children. During her spare time she really enjoys photography and scrap-booking. Ashley is a true New York fan and roots on her New York Giants every football season. Out of all the vehicles within Williams Auto Group, the Kia Sorento is her favorite!

Meet Tiffany, our Content Marketing Specialist and the mastermind behind our fun social media content and viral TikTok videos! Tiffany is originally from Towanda, Pa but now resides in Troy, Pa. Her favorite vehicle would have to be the Subaru Forester that she drives and her favorite restaurant is anywhere that has a good alfredo! When she's not bugging the TEAM to make videos, she enjoys crafting and spending time at home with her husband, daughter, and two cats. Catch Tiffany roaming around the dealerships with her mic and camera in hand!

Crystal is originally from Endicott, NY but now lives in Vestal. When Crystal is not at work, she enjoys baking and being outside! You can find her hiking, swimming, kayaking, camping, skiing, walking, or even just sunbathing- nature heals her soul! Crystal can also be found cheering on Syracuse basketball and the women's Binghamton University basketball. Her favorite restaurant is Boa Boa Restaurant in Vestal and her favorite vehicle is the Toyota Highlander, of course!

Gabby is originally from Binghamton, NY but now resides in Endwell. Gabby enjoys playing video games, reading, and baking. She is even currently learning how to box! Gabby's favorite vehicle is the Jeep Renegade and her favorite restaurant would have to be Franks Italian Restaurant in Maine.

Gibson is our honorary company mascot here at Team Williams! He enjoys attending all Williams Auto Group community events, long walks, playing in the snow, days at the lake and treats!! Also, he is best friends with his Uncle Otis.
